URGENT ACTION:
YSA BUDGET HEARING ON 3/24
The Justice 4 DC Youth! Coalition urges your attendance at the upcoming budget hearing on the Youth Services Administration's 2004 budget. We want to be a visible force at this hearing as coalition members testify about what's needed to close Oak Hill and put in place community based alternatives to incarceration!
Our goal is to have a visible presence of 10+ coalition members at the hearing throughout the afternoon. To meet our goal, it would be great if coalition members could each plan to spend one hour at this hearing.
