This year’s Youth Town Hall Meeting will focus on the increasing rate at which

Latinos are incarcerated, the factors that contributed to such problem, and the policies needed to address the issue. The panel will comprise of youth, Members of Congress, policy experts, law enforcement officers, and community leaders from across the country.
