In the last several Congresses, juvenile justice legislation has been
introduced and considered by the Congress. In order to provide Congress
and the Administration with the latest juvenile justice information and
research, the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Coalition --
chaired by the Children's Defense Fund and the Youth Law Center with a
membership of more than 80 national organizations -- serves as a
valuable informational resource. The "Fact Sheet" provides an overview
of the coalition, the member organizations, and contact information.
